Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. Her childhood was filled with big dreams. Her best roles include the spy action film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the dramatic Precious. She was born into a middle-class household located in Los Angeles, she harboured big dreams as a child. Instilling a passion for film within her daughter was a skill that she learned from her mother, she also enjoyed watching films. Paula loved participating in school co-curriculars and drama was her favorite. Paula loved acting with friends, and she participated in school stage performances. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School gave her many opportunities to be an actor throughout her schooling and she decided to pursue acting as a career. She was in the University of Southern Calif's summer camp, and loved it immensely. The program was a PBS 3-month assignment to make documentaries. When she was able to complete the assignment well, she was able to begin being an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. Then she began producing documentaries. Although she enjoyed her career but she always dreamed of becoming an actress. Her acting journey began by playing a minor role in the film romantic comedy Hitch along with Will Smith. Since then, she has been in a variety of popular films and TV shows.
