Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is an actress and model. She was first known as Pepper Steiger in Australia. The role she played in the 100-episodes of the soap drama Neighbors broadcasted between 2006 and 2007 made her famous in Australia. The actress made her Hollywood debut on two shows. The first one was Hollywood & Wine an choral comedic project where she played a young aspiring actor. She was then offered a part in the 9th season of Scrubs in the role of Maya the very hot medical student. The show was abruptly cut off.
